Matthew 25:1-4
Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps”
I pray for you, you shall not fail in the name of Jesus!
Whatever is hard for others, shall not be hard for you, in the name of Jesus
Take note dear friend, it is only what you prepare for that comes to you, and it is what you are expecting that also comes to you, knowing that it is expectation that gives birth for manifestation
Child of God, whatever you are prepared for does not take you by surprise
The opening scriptures says it all, two categories of people, the foolish and the wise, they both took their lamps, but a particular set of persons in this story felt they do not need to prepare
Look at the scenario, they all had the same time, they all had the same lamp, what they all did not have is the same preparation, what is the preparation? The sufficiency of the oil, that was the determinant factor, which is the preparation, I ask you, how sufficient is your oil?
If you are not prepared you cannot blame anyone, now is time to start making preparations for what you are expecting, it is not guess work
Preparations is time consuming, but it will save you embarrassment, tears, shame and regret, don’t waste time on trivial matters, sit down now and begin to count the cost to save yourself.
Do you know that if you prepare you have solved a great percentage of headaches and heartaches that might come your way?
Luke 14:28
For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?
Do you intend to go far in life? Here is the process, sit down FIRST and prepare
Now let’s change the scripture, “for which of you that does not want to go far in life, he should not prepare and make plans
That is why a wise man said if you fail to plan, you have planned to fail
Dear child of God, please do not misinterpret this statement, I believe in the power of prayers and I also believe in planning
Proverbs 21:5 (HCSB)
The plans of the diligent certainly lead to profit, but anyone who is reckless only becomes poor
Money without a plan leads to reckless spending, you cannot do business as usual, insanity is described as doing the same thing and expecting a different result.
Have a plan for yourself on how you spend money, you cannot take a loan just to go buy a gold wristwatch or you take a loan to buy a fancy car to drive around town, just to feel good, that is reckless spending and the Bible says it leads to poverty
The plans of the diligent will lead and bring the diligent to plenty and to profit, one thing I know about diligent people is that they have a well thought out plan, they are not in haste, they thoroughly evaluate their options and prayerfully come to a decision, and they stick by the plan and put it to action, then that is how success is birth
There is nothing like over-night success, nobody came out from nowhere, they have been working over-night, making plans and being consistent with their plans, putting it to action
Habakkuk 2:2
And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it
One of the first things God said in this scripture is to WRITE the vision down, why? Because it will be forgotten if it is not written down, now is the time to write your vision
When you write it, it comes alive; from there it begins to grow into and become a reality
Proverbs 29:18
Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he
Dear friend, without a vision, you don’t have a plan, which means there is possibility to perish
Begin to make plans now so you are not left behind like the foolish virgins
God bless you
